DIY skincare tip: A basic scrub/mask! Organic oat flour, org. almond meal, herbs and flowers, powdered clay, poppy seeds and any other delicious food ingredients you have on hand in the kitchen, such as honey, avocado, yogurt, fruit pulp, floral waters etc. Mix together, gently apply this scrub and leave on for an incredible treat for your skin! Be experimental and make as needed.
